Problems in a fresh installation - pythia6 [message #19189]

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to compile FAIRSOFT master in OSX 10.11.4 (15E65) with XCode 7.3 (7D175).
After some problems, I tried a fresh installation with
compiler=Clang
debug=no
optimize=no
geant4_download_install_data_automatic=yes
geant4_install_data_from_dir=no
build_root6=yes
build_python=no
install_sim=yes

The installation stops systematically since last Friday:

*** Downloading pythia6 sources ***

Do you have any hint about this problem?

Hello Héctor,

The location of pythia6.tar.gz file has changed. The fix is already committed by Florian. Please do update of your master branch with "git pull".
There is also new patch 4 for nov15 release.
The same changes in dev will appear shortly.

Hi,

thanks, the master is working now (OSX 10.11.4 (15E65) with XCode 7.3 (7D175) using ROOT6), with the modification:
-Dvc=OFF
in tools/rootconfig.sh
