Dear all,
let me refresh the policies when you want to go to a conference and you plan tho submit an abstract.
The rules can be found at the wiki page here, and let me stress that are valid for general talk as well as for technical talks, showing analysis results or software techniques.
The rules say:
- Post the presentation title: via the PANDA publication form (see below) and email panda-spc@gsi.de, as early as possible
- Attach abstracts 1 week before submission dead line and presentation drafts at least 2 weeks before the presentation to the automatically created PANDA Forum topic.
- Nudge the committee by email panda-spc@gsi.de , a tutor will be assigned.
- Debate with your tutor via the PANDA Forum topic. For talks, there should be a rehearsal one week prior to the conference.
- Add the finalized presentation. The actually presented talk or poster should be uploaded after the event using the publication form. It will be made public (released) by the SPC. Proceedings are reviewed by the publication committee.
