On 10th June the GEM geometry was updated to a more realistic design, with new size and position of the chambers.

This was followed by updates of the parameters and of the correlation code, which was leading initially to low tracking efficiency in the GEM region and the PID from DISC detector missing (as reported to me by Alaa).

Since version 25543 the code is consistent. If you are using the trunk I suggest you to update to a more recent version.
