The 4th PANDA Grid Workshop in Vienna finished at the end of last week, with a lot of objectives accomplished:
* Reviewed jdl syntax, package distribution and job submission knowhow
* Upgraded gridware to v2-13; converted catalogue; applied alien software patch via PackMan
* Updated wikis
* Reviewd PackMan features
* Installed latest ML-enabled version of pandaroot (grid version 0.2)
* Solved various compilation issues on several platforms
* Successfully ran the EMC simulation, digitization, reconstruction and analysis chain presented by Soeren Lange in his talk at GSI on 18/09/2007
* Enhanced gridpp job execution access
* Worked towards a binary pandaroot distribution
* PandaRoot jobs successfully run during workshop week: 1000+
