Hi there,
I compared pbar p -> e+ e- pi0 both in Full and Fast simulation.
Conclusions: the lack of bremsstrahlung and pair production makes electron and pizero resolution a bit too good in my opinion. The problem is that the Full simulation produces a lot of background in the EMC that spoils the resolution and reconstruction of the particles.
