New version of the external packages "apr 13" [message #14574]

New version of the external packages "apr 13" is available:

New Packages are introduce:
- testØMQ 3.2.2
- testMillepede-II V04-00-01
- testHepMC 2.06.09
updated packages:
- CMAKE 2.10.2
- BOOST 1.53.0
- ROOT 5.34.5
- Geant 4 9.6.1
- Geant 3.21 v1-15
- Geant4_VMC v2-14a
- VGM v3-06 PYTHIA 8 8175
These packages have not been changed compared to the sep12 release:
- GSL 1.15
- GLPK 4.39
- GTEST 1.6.0
- PLUTO 5.37
- PYTHIA 6 6416
- Application Monitoring API for C++ 2.2.7
- MonALISA Web Service Client (using gsoap) 2.7.10
The release was tested on:
- MAC OS X 10.6.x with gcc 4.2.1 (64 bit)
- MAC OS X 10.7.x with gcc (64 bit)
- MAC OS X 10.8.x with llvm-gcc 4.2 and gfortran-4.7 from hpc.sourceforge.net (64 bit)
- MAC OS X 10.8.x with clang 4.0 and gfortran-4.7 from hpc.sourceforge.net (64 bit)
- Suse 12.1 with gcc 4.6.2 (32 and 64 bit)
- Suse 12.2 with gcc 4.7.1 (32 and 64 bit)
- Fedora 17 with gcc 4.7.0 (32 and 64 bit)
- Fedora 17 with gcc 4.7.2 (64 bit)
- Ubuntu 12.04 with gcc 4.6.3 (32 and 64 bit)
- Ubuntu 12.10 with gcc 4.7.2 (64 bit)
- Debian Squeeze with gcc 4.4.5 (64 bit)
- Debian wheezy with gcc 4.7.2 (64 bit)

Hello sir,
I am facing problem to install apr 13 packages on fedora 15 (32 bit) system.
According to Installation file: It not Unpacking glpk-4.39.tar.gz ..............
*** ERROR: glpk could not be created.
Here I attached the Install file.
Kindly do in this matter

Hi,

I didnt really test this new version of the external packages, but it says in your log file that you do not have the MesaGL libraries installed which are a requirement (see here full list of requirements http://fairroot.gsi.de/?q=node/63). Also the cmake version of your system is older than the one that is required by pandaroot, but that should not be the probleme here I assume. Hope that helps.
