Hi,
I put a new version of
PndSttMvdTracking.cxx and .h
because I discovered some bugs (some subtle, other due to my blindliness) that unfortunately lower the efficiency of the Pattern Recognition.
This bugs were in the new 'cleanup' section of the code.
I know it is quite late but, if possible, please the analysers update the code and rerun ( you're gonna say : yes, right !)

try the new version of PndMvdTracking.cxx and .h
I am not sure that solves your bug, but certainly I fixed a memory problem.
