Hi Olga,

can you please try the following:

Change to directory /home/kashchuk/fairsoft/transport/
Remove the geant3 directory: rm geant3
Do an update from subversion: svn update

Now you have a new and clean geant3 directory

Change to directory /home/kashchuk/fairsoft/ and run the configuration.sh script again.
