I would like to invite everyone to submit their contributions for the upcoming computing parallel session for the December meeting! You can do this either via this forum thread or directly by sending me an email with the title and expected timeslot of your talk. The deadline for submission is the 30th of November....

It will be a full program next week at the CM! I have the following proposal for the presentations/discussions related to computing:

Wednesday 11:00-13:00: Tracking workshop : track merging etc... Ralf Kliemt

Wednesday 16:30-18:30: Developer discussions with key introductory speakers/topics (20 minutes/topic):

Simone Bianco - ...on geometry definitions & CAD converter
Tobias Stockmanns - MC matching with the MVD detector
Gianluigi Boca - Pattern recognition for the STT
Alberto Rotondi - GEANE stability
Bertram Kopf - proxy dict
Matthias Steinke - Analysis model

Thursday 14:00-16:00: Regular presentations, each 15 minutes including (!) discussions....

Paul Buehler - GRID: DC & production tools
Stefano Spataro - Tracking muons in Panda(Root)
Radek Karabowicz - Standalone track finding in GEMs
Vannirajan Suyam-Jothi - EMC validation studies
Dipannita Dutta - Simulations for the barrel DIRC: status & plans
Alicia Sanchez - new event generator + kaon multiplicity trigger using TOF
Leyla Atar - Lambda Reconstruction with MVD

Thursday 16:30 - 18:30: Open discussion between users, developers, etc....

Friday 9:00-10:30: CompC meeting

In the case I forgot something/one, let me know asap...
