Hi all,

I use pandaroot revision 6087. when i use PndMicroWriter task with the writemicro.c in /macro/fsim and then run ana_lambda.C there are no entries in the plot. in the browser of PndMicroWriter no ChargeCandidates and neutralCandidates are written, but microcandidates are not empty.

Anybody knows whether PndMicroWriter task works in this revision correctly? i checked ana_lambda.C works correctly.

Any idea what's going wrong?

Hi Leila,

the macro ana_Lambda.C is a very old macro (I should remove from the repository maybe) and therefore not adapted to the current data reader PndEventReader. In the old style persistance candidates have been store as TCandidate in a charged and neutral array. Meanwhile PndMicroCandidates are written to only one TClonesArray, and the read in mechanism works differently.

You could take a look into another macro like ana_chic.C how the candidates are read in via PndEventReader.

I try to update that macro as soon as possible.
