Thanks, Mohammad, for investigating this.

We need to decide the version we will use and post it on the wiki
http://panda-wiki.gsi.de/cgi-bin/view/Computing/PandaRootOnGrid
so that everyone can go on and install it (if new, see below).

I propose the tutorial to include these items:
- installation of an alien client
- using certificates (we prepared 11 for use next week) and logging in
- creating or adding in the user's alien directory a JDL, wrapper, validation script and a macro based on PandaROOT
- submitting the job and retrieving the output

This would teach people all the necessary steps for using the grid infrastructure within our software model. And does not require latest version of s/w. The advanced users can ask afterwards for more details etc.

What do you guys think of such a plan ?
