Dear all,
there will be a PandaRoot EVO meeting
this TUESDAY, 15.07.,
10:00-12:00 (audio testing from 09:30).
Hopefully not too many people are in vacation.
Agenda:
1.) unified tracking (PndMicroCandidate)
-> we need to define the placeholders
o which hits were input to the tracking?
(points, hits, digis, which detectors etc.)
o which track finder was used?
(lhetrack, Riemann, stt prefit, stt Kalman, genfit, etc.)
then final discussion and attempt for a vote
2.) global PID, until September
open discussion:
what variables do we need?
which are ready?
which are not ready?
also: review of a few issuess of the Sep07 GSI PID Mini-Workshop
(e.g. performing the track finder for each track 5x for the 5 particle hypotheses,
flux compensator - how to get it?, etc.)
3.) any ongoing work
(e.g. which physics analyses are ongoing?
did anyone already start on the Z? etc.)
