Hi all,
I have changed the geometry file of Barrel RPC ToF
according to the technical suggestion of Protvino-Dubna group.
I have inserted the corresponding changes into RPC Simulation and
RPC Ideal hit production files. Also, I have introduced
corresponding Rpc hit production and Rpc Simple Reco.
