Dear all,
as we think that maybe (as usual) in the next few days before
the collaboration meeting many new things might be checked in,
and probably the svn head might not compile from time to
time, Mohammad generated a "stable prerelease"

This contains the latest geane, genfit, MDT, etc. etc.

The usual suspects have write access (to fix any smaller bugs which we maybe find).
Most of the platforms are checked (even with dashboard).
So please use this whenever the svn head may not compile.
