Dear Geant4 users,

Geant4.6.2 has been installed at GSI.
For gcc295-04 at
/u/gsisim/simulation/geant4.6.2
for gcc323-00 at
/usr/local/pub/debian3.0/gcc323-00/sim/geant4.6.2

initialisation is done according to $GSI_COMPILER_CC
with
". gsisimlogin dev"
The installed versions are now as follows:

echo " dev : geant4.6.2 debug"
echo " new : geant4.6.1 debug"
echo " prod : geant4.6.0 debug"
echo " old : geant4.5.2"
echo " older versions by version tag, "
echo " e.g. g4.5.1: geant4.5.1"

Dear Geant4 users,

Patch 01 for Geant4.6.2 has been installed for both compiler versions.
For gcc295-04 the patch has been added to the existing installation at
G4INSTALL = /u/gsisim/simulation/geant4.6.2
For gcc323-00 a new patched version has been installed at
G4INSTALL = /usr/local/pub/debian3.0/gcc323-00/sim/geant4.6.2.p01
Both are accessible via
. gsisimlogin dev
