Hi Sebastian

I also check G4 9.0. There are indeed some changes in G4UrbanMscModel.cc, even one concerning the SampleTheta function.
In a first try i only backportet this changes, but this doesn't help. I still get the same error.
I will now install G4 9.0 here at GSI and try to run with the new
version.
