Hi,

I just tried to run the stand-alone FTF generator with release feb17p1 (FAIRROOT=16.06b, FAIRSOFT=may15), in build/bin with
FTFGen PbarP.mac

where the .mac file was copied from pgenerators/FtfEvtGen/ and looks like

//---------------------------------------
// Macro file for FTF test
//---------------------------------------
// verbose=0 no event listing, verbose#0 =1 event listing with stop after each event
#verbose
0
//#initrand
//initial.conf
//#saverand
//             what event to print?
#print
10
//
//     proton  pi-  pi+  kaon+  kaon-  anti_proton  anti_deuteron  anti_alpha
#particle
anti_proton
//
#material
G4_H
#targetA
1
//
// ftfp ftfb qgsp qgsb bertini binary
#generator
ftfp
//
#events
10
//
// Plab for proj. hadron, or per nucleon for AA-collisions
#Plab(GeV/c)
3.5
#run
#exit

I immediately get the error message

Maybe that's a trivial error, but I didn't find something about it in the pgenerators/FtfEvtGen/README.txt. Can somebody help me?

Best regards,
Klaus

You have to run the config.sh before, to set the environment of geant4.
