when I login the farm and the .bashrc is automatically sourced, it came out like this:

You try to run the software on a different
linux flavour than it was compiled on.
This is normaly a serious error, so we stop
the execution at this point.
If you know what you do you can change the
config.sh script to bypass this security issue.

is there anything wrong?

It seems at GSI they have upgraded the OS, and now your "old" pandaroot installation is not compatible anymore (it should be, but to be safe the compiler gives this error). The suggestion is to compile pandaroot again in a new empty build directory.
