41	   if(FairRunSim::Instance()->IsExtDecayer()){
42	      TVirtualMCDecayer* decayer = TPythia6Decayer::Instance();
43	      geant4->SetExternalDecayer(decayer);
44	   }

If you don't set the instance the external decayer should not be active.
