From my side I can say that I cannot reproduce this error
running

/pandaroot/macro/mvd/TimeOrderedSim$ root -l run_sim_sttcombi_dpm.C

and

/pandaroot/macro/mvd/TimeOrderedSim$ root -l Mvd_Sim.root

I tried with rev. 21586
